Uversity is a Registered Charity that grants Higher Education Scholarships to Adult Learners to unlock their potential and realise their academic, personal and professional ambitions.

Uversity’s Scholarships remove the financial barriers that may be preventing older students, aged 23 and over, from earning a Bachelor’s Degree for the first time.

What distinguishes Uversity Scholars is their commitment to being transformed and transforming others as a result of the Scholarship and educational experience.

Do I qualify?

Do you want to pursue a first-time Bachelor’s degree in any subject but are prevented due to your current financial circumstances?

Are you over 23, a citizen of the EU/EEA, Switzerland or the UK or have you permanent leave to remain in the Irish State?

Have you been resident on the island of Ireland for 3 out of the last 5 years?

Evidence that you have the motivation and potential to complete a Bachelor Degree programme.

What does Uversity offer?

Financial support towards registration fees and living costsEach award is tailored to fit your personal circumstances.

For those in employment, loss of income will be taken into account. For those on social welfare or applying for a SUSI grant, scholarships up to €7,000 can be awarded without affecting reckonable income.

How do I apply?

Complete your CAO application before February 1st 2021

Apply for a scholarship to Uversity by April 30th, 2021
