MTU President, Prof. Maggie Cusack, along with Mr Jimmy Deenihan, Chair of MTU Governing Body, will welcome Mr Micheál Martin TD, An Taoiseach, Mr Simon Harris TD, Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, and Ms Norma Foley TD, Minister for Education to MTU as part of a multi-campus flag raising ceremony to mark the establishment of the University on 1st January 2021.
On the 8th of November, MTU will host a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the establishment of our University on the 1st of January 2021. Over the next ten days, we will showcase MTU and its impact across student experience, education, enterprise, research and the South West Region. Our first video is "MTU - A Student-centred University."

You don’t have to be a student of the arts, MTU values creativity across all its disciplines creating a culture of creativity that resonates locally, nationally and internationally.
